The World Outside

The preconception that you have travelling through the countryside in India, is

1. It is very beautiful
2. You will see a lot of poor "stuff"

The reason behind this preconception is that you do get to see a lot of poverty, garbage etc in cities, apart from having read that India is a very beautiful country indeed.

I see a lot of greenery and these farms.. Seeing purely from the perspective of nature, the stuff outside the train is as pleasing to me as it was travelling through a freeway in the US.
