Delhi is in a state of "bandh" because of the "problems" the vendors of the city are facing now that the MCD (Delhi Municipality) is smashing all the encroachments on the city's roads.
I was able to get lunch in this enterprising place... notice how the shutters are half open.

Had a nap.. now searching for routes to Leh/Ladakh.... Think I will go via Kulu..? Srinagar? Maybe a direct flight to Leh... Hmm..
